Q:  How do I sign up?

A: You just need to be signed up to receive my Newsletter.  The box is in the top right corner of my blog!

A: Here is a link to the fabric requirements - Click HERE - I also posted a video about the fabric, you an find it HERE!

Q: How do I get the patterns?

A: You have to be subscribed to my newsletter. The first pattern was sent out on July 30th.  You can find the YouTube Tutorial HERE.

You can print the Cutting Guide HERE

You can also print out the PDF HERE: Block 1 - Pinwheels.

Q: I am signed up for the Newsletter, but I'm not getting the patterns, what should I do?

A: Most likely it ended up in a spam/junk folder. The best way to ensure they don't go into your spam/junk folder is to add me to your contacts! Just put: primrosecottagequilts@gmail.com in your address book to make sure my emails don't get filtered into junk mail. :)

Q: What is the schedule?

A: PDF patterns will be emailed every other week as follows:
July 30
August 13
August 27
September 10
September 24
October 8

Q: What skill level is this sew along?

A: This quilt would be suitable for a confident beginner. You will need to be comfortable with making half square triangles, trimming your blocks, and keeping an accurate 1/4" seam allowance. This quilt is pieced using traditional piecing methods. (No paper piecing or appliqué)

Q: How much fabric for backing?

A: You will need four yards of backing.

  4. I finally finished all the cutting for Glad Tidings, and am ready to sew, but I do request clarification for
    the X pieces. The instructions read: 1 - 5 1/2 x WOF. Sub-cut: 2 - 5 1/4 squares. Which number is correct?
